Pop up notes

To have some pop-up notes that would give a bit of context or more information on the URL. So it can come as a pop-up note that flies hovers above the link or some kind of a note area that you can write some context to the URL.

There is already an option to add notes. Click on a tab -> Edit -> (Note) Edit: This is now available as a separate option on the tab.
